create a read/unread function for notifications on a client, and i’ll be going back to #OnlyZaps
likes are how i usually sort through what i’ve read
Theres so much client side only stuff needed/wanted.
- private user labels/tags/notes
- private hierarchy of bookmarks
- private relays (dont broadcast my local network or onion relays)
- private liking (can be done as labels)
- private metrics capture (who i liked most, who i zapped most)
- export/import private data
- extract images/videos/audios from label to a webdav server

Gossip and Nostrudel have this option. I wish more apps had it. Maybe Damus?
In fact we need apps that don't even have this option, they could just not implement it.

Damus has had option to hide reactions for almost half a year. 
can you hide zaps too?
