Question for someone smarter than me;
Can functionality like that found in Briar, with mesh networking over Bluetooth and WiFi, be incorporated into a Nostr clientso that people can continue to use the protocol to communicate even in the absence of the internet?

Fingers crossed - I like Briar but onboarding people is tough - Nostr has the people already, so a client that can mesh would be brilliant
