Cynthia Lummis' own Wyoming killing their state's bitcoin bill was probably a sign that these were all doomed, including her federal Bitcoin Strategic Reserve (which had basically no chance to begin with).

Fingers crossed maybe a Texas or Florida may squeak through their bills.
