You need a warm drink to go with it. You don’t chew 100% chocolate. You melt it. A good chocolate will be smooth and minimally “gritty” in texture. I like the Lindt 100% but others are nowhere near as smooth.

Love this answer. I ate it by itself and let it melt into my tongue. Very bitter but also super complex. Not gritty but very tannic/drying
