I liked how it didn't hold your hand. The whole quest line where you had to find the spots where the photos were taken was incredible. Most open world games have a marker you follow with the in game GPS, but BotW actually made you explore.

You did the photo quest?! Holy shid. I felt like I did a lot but that one was out of question. Seemed like it would take forever.
I would say that was my favorite part of the game even! I did it close to the beginning, it gave you a great understanding of the map, made everything else easier 🤙
Maybe it's easier than it seemed. I did a ton of exploring but probably just found the spots too annoying to track. Dang, I feel like a poser now
It took a while NGL. I think I sunk 200hr into that game before I finally went and fought Ganon. It was my first console since the OG Xbox though, so I didn't feel bad 😂
Don't remember my stats, but that probably surpasses me by a bit 😅
Worth it
I still drop into it occasionally to ride a horse and look around. It's a beautiful game. I never got into the sequel though.
Saw some sort of record for beating the game in like 22 minutes or something. Forget the trick, but there's a way to glitch into Gannon castle with starting gear etc, and then lots of skill and trickery
I think I remember seeing that.
With good block & dodge skills it's totally doable to beat Ganon without taking a hit. Without finishing the divine beasts it would be an intense battle though.
The only other big thing I didn't do that I'm aware of, is like the trading with monster guy at night stuff. Guess I didn't do all temples and def not all the stupid Roku nuts
Monster guy wasn't essential, I did it a couple times. I got close to ask the temples, and enough nuts to fully upgrade the storage slots.
Did you meet Kass? That was a favorite quest line of mine too.
