Some people will no doubt want to use them. Personally, I think the best way to implement them would be:

1) Community zap wall. In other words, a one-time paywall that unlocks that content for everyone. The artist would set an amount, and once the cumulative zaps surpass that amount then it’s unlocked.

2) Fiatjaf’s Zapbox approach, where the artist sets a threshold and then the content automatically shows unlocked for anyone who has zapped the artist more than that amount in the past 3 months.

Both interesting and I need to read up on soapbox 🤯

Zapwalled/locked/subscriber only content is such a low hanging fruit that could *potentially* drive adoption. I just want to see it work and see what happens.
