It is a good option!

I would like to try a bottom navigation with fewer elements, fewer notifications, and a strong incentive to *produce* content, thus the central Post button.

If you are focusing on content creation, I would add a TextField directly there with a ">" send button. Similar to what most chat apps do. You can even name the feature "Quick Shots".

I thought about this option, I'm worried this would promote short, low effort notes. But I planned something similar for the replies.
