The worst thing was the plethora of people who felt it was their job to give me instructions. These were often contradictory, and all too frequently just egos proving they were important enough to give orders. If I’d continued in the role I would have had to find a way to manage this, but instead I moved on.

The mad thing was yesterday was all low level stuff, just people asking who was on when etc. but that combined with all the noise around me, people talking loudly and not listening to the music really affected me.
All I want is things to sound good!!
