If the Out of Africa myth was true then why were subsaharans unseen throughout the world until people (Whites) started letting them on boats?

When humans left Africa, over long periods of time we evolved in more advanced directions. Those who were left behind did not evolve as much, or at all, in those advanced directions. This is true whether or not the Out of Africa hypothesis (which is just about WHEN the migration took place) is true.
