Sure. But nostr is a protocol. Protocols are vehicles. True, some people believe that you shouldn't own a car. You should be forced to take public transport.

But generally, vehicles are appreciated by all. That is a little different from a community I think. Or it is at least an extremely broad community.

But I guess right now nostr is small enough to be considered a community.
