Does anyone else find it very challenging to convince some very well educated normies to understand Nostr or Bitcoin? Its pretty frustrating. My home country, that I don't live in anymore, suffers from extreme inflation and mismanagement of Finances. To add to that, the Military has a stronghold and does not like dissidents. They have cracked down on VPN usage and have created a category of Govt approved VPNs which citizens can use to access X. Realizing how maddening that is, I explained to a journlist that there are ways around this: learn Nostr, create a smaller community so at least information can't be blocked. Also, since you're a journalist, publish your content on Nostr and you may even get some Zaps.

2 months later. No movement.. nothing. Zilch. Every time I speak about this it's like they are deaf to it.

Frustrating and a little demotivating.

How much does the BTC price need to move for them to realize that they have a WAY to save themselves!!!
