I’ve gone carnivore diet 17 days ago and I’m loving it, I started swimming training again(I stopped 5 years ago) beginning of this month and obviously included in the carnivore diet is 0 fish oils and anything similar. After a 3 day period of carb withdrawal and major headaches I feel so much better, I had so much brain fog that I didn’t even realise until it went, I have so much more energy and I’m naturally losing fat mass without even swimming but I’m doing that too and gaining a lot of muscle, I’ve lost 5kg so far and it’s all healthy weight loss because I was like 10/15kg overweight💀, but overall it’s going well I think :))) thank you for the advice!!
