the flag is helpful because we can send that in to block that particular ad, but there are thousands of alts, sometimes new ones simply pop up to serve users depending on their profile and interests no matter how many times we tell the publisher no alts for these slots, no crypto etc. We don’t handpick any of them. it’s an auction on the adserver backend.
