i don’t think so. we are always expected to be so fearful of aging. my mother in her 60s is still so beautiful because she always embraced true wisdom it endows.

i think it’s sad to see people expect others to feel bad about aging.

at least you were allowed to live this long

This is a key point - I'm hitting mid forties soon, there's been enough friends that haven't got this far, and been close enough myself, that getting older is a blessing

Expect? Nah. I expect nothing. If you feel great at 60, cool. My body started falling apart in mid-30s and I live with chronic pain. If people manage to never get experience that, I’m very happy for them.

You ain’t the only one.

Started telling everyone I felt 60 in my 30s.

Body just ain’t what it used to be and nothing really helped fix that.

And by no means am I out of shape.
