I am starting to look at alcohol through an investment lens more & more

It’s ROI is getting worse & worse as time goes on due to my poor mood after it

Productivity, happiness, & energy levels are all zapped so badly after boozing

In 2024 I’ve drunk under 10 times, which is a huge change for me, & something I will continue

I feel so much more creative, proactive, & fearless without it every week
