Do you think leaving zap counts on notes will still be an issue? If the sats are attributed to that post apple may argue you are tipping *for that content*

They wouldn’t be attributed to that post. It would be a profile zap

Gotcha, so that zap, being a profile zap, wouldn’t be added to the zap count next to the actual zap button on the note?

Zap counter would still count event zaps from other clients
