When I lived in northern Wisconsin I learned my cut off for walking was -15 Fahrenheit. Or -26 Celsius.

I hear yea, I did a few -30Cs with wind chills into -40 when I was a cheap student. you need to be dressed and careful. I do love frost on my eyelashes and beard
