Same. I've heard of and researched them but havent used them, yet.
Last time I checked they were out of stock and I forgot about them since. I need to look and see if I can find some and give it a whirl
It's that time of year. Which reminds me, I need to get to the butcher and pick up suet, come next month everyone will be using it to process game and then it will be hard to get for making tallow.
I just made another batch of beef tallow. I need to run it again to get more moisture out though
