Test results show I’m low on Omega 6, aka seed oils. Wa then recommended to up my intake of sunflower and soybean oil.

I had very high numbers of fats in my blood picture. I assume it came from my LCHF diet in 2018.
In january i started to eat two spoons of linseed oil every day. Also i added at least once a week fish to my dining menu. On friday i got my blood test back. I am in green numbers with all the fat related. I am very happy and proud that i achieved that.
