The Dow Jones Industrial Average surged over 2,400 points within the last hour, while the S&P 500 gained 6% and the Nasdaq Composite jumped 8%, in response to U.S. President Trump’s announcement earlier of a “90-Day Pause” on nearly all of the reciprocal tariffs imposed recently by the United States against countries across the world, except China which he increased to 125%.
