Nope an attack has to prevent the network from working, without beeing rekt at the end. Here it seems that the fee market works just fine and as you can't print Bitcoin, this spamming will have to come to an end eventually, because complet idots will be rekt

Yes but it makes the network unusable for most of users. I tried to send some thousands of satoshis. It asked me $200 fees.

Nope the fees were not above 20$ at max to get in the next block recently

For few SATs to send in this high fees market, lightning is your friend :)

Eventually Bitcoin will be constantly in such a high fee environment, so we should get used to it and be ready to use lightning in a self sovereign way, aka run your own lightning node and open channel while it's still cheap
