Sometimes we have a compulsive need to fix and improve. Because we believe ourselves to be somehow broken or flawed or not good enough, the only logical solution to be put a lot of energy into fixing ourselves, right?

Maybe if I try this, maybe if I do that, maybe this will fix it.

Well, maybe..

But if you’re coming at it from wrong mindset it’s only going to add your sense of diminishing.

The answer is simple, even if it is not easy. Slow down. Relax, stop fussing with yourself. Take it easy. Move your body in a fun way and think the highest possible through you can.

And, of course, enjoy your Monday coffee ☕️

GM! (A good coffee is a better start.) We can do many things and doing them well will bring us some satisfaction. Things we don't believe in shouldn't occupy our free time, because it is scarce and valuable.

I 100% agree with that as an older woman who has stepped of the self improvement ladder it’s liberating…. I now focus on things that make me happy and make me feel good ❤️
