As a Canadian I couldn’t agree more, we are getting railroaded by our government. A trade war right now while we literally don’t have a leader and our next PM won’t be democratically elected is not a pleasant thought. That being said, being boots on the ground I’m starting to see a massive shift in the younger generations (sub 40) in waking up to all this bullshit. Chaos is coming but people want real change which makes me think the future is bright on the other side of all this darkness.
The problem is, the conservative campaign mainly on the carbon tax which is a tiny dent in the widespread extreme taxation
Governments will never fix the problems of government. When pushed to the extreme people will do extreme things to survive. One of the things that may be considered “extreme” by most would be to shift away from government into freedom tech. I can see the desperation of younger people to escape the grips of daddy government, most just haven’t figured out the exit ramp already exists. Good luck collecting taxes when a majority of people figure out freedom tech.
