Today is the day my shrink and I agreed to terminate my counseling sessions. Been doing that weekly for about 18 months, and I believe I am much better for it. I really think everyone should give it a try, at least once or twice in your life. I think I learned a lot. Now I will meet with him once more in 2 weeks, and then be done.
