1. Solved the relay connection problem of wss://universe.nostrich.land (including language filtering), and now the speed of connection and reading has been greatly improved;

2. Rejected all events from the bridge relay https://mostr.pub;

3. Added wss://nostr-relay.nokotaro.com to the relay list for getting events.
