I mow my yard and I mow my neighbors yard. Typically this is a 2 hour thing but it's been dry around here and I haven't had to mow in a while ...

We began getting a lot of rain in the past week or so and grass took off like #BTC in November of 2020. So mowing and trimming and I also need to weed out some landscape areas (that's Phase III)

Probably 3/4 acre total with a walk behind and a trimmer.
