In the beginning I gave thanks when I could, however those who use tor, doing their best to stay anon, it got a little difficult to give thanks, other times I just keep a look out for a reason to #zap back. Some days it feels like "leave a penny, take a penny". I haven't done it in a while, but I have posted a note expressing my gratitude for any and all Zaps before.
