Or don’t eat anything but steak. Whatever you want.

But Definitely don’t be limiting red meat!!

agree 100%

My personal absolute is "don't eat or drink anything with non-nutritive sweetners in them." If a product wants to have more or less saccharin in it then I support it 100%, and I'd love to try it, and if it tastes fine then I might continue to have it. But if the product feels the need to intentionally manipulate me into tasting incorrect nutrients then I won't even bother trying it in the first place.
