Aren’t quite a few people doing that already? Seen at least 3 accounts doing stuff like that so far… although they all appear to be YouTube folks.

Maybe the USP of the Nostr version is the person actually starves in the process?

Lots of the YouTube ones are sponsored by Bitcoin companies as well.
