No, you're right. That's why we just added another experienced Nostr sys admin to the team. Chip and Enki and Michael are working on the design docs. Should have the MVP out relatively soon.
I update Sybil today, to add the git stuff events, to help them test it. :-)
It's the public git server. That was the part that was missing, not the software part.
