had a very nice stewed goat, boiled taters and salad for dinner again tonight... i might need to make this a weekly thing, maybe twice a week... my man at the place around the corner does a good job with prepping the goat to be super tasty... he also does this boiled goat liver thing too and offered me some but too late i was already enjoying the desert and nearly utterly full lol

i may need to work on how to make the rest of my stash in the fridge at least half as good as this stuff, like, maybe even actually read a recipe or something haha
