Im also very impressed with Collings. My dad has a 25 year old Collings OM, the finish on the neck got damaged during a fret job so Collings asked for the guitar to be shipped to them, they did an adhesion test and concluded that the finish was defective and they repaired it for free. this was recent. top-notch folks.
