Sometimes the water boils out when I can too. Check the seals with your fingers. If you can't pull the lids off, and they are tight, they should be fine. I would use the reasonably soon, though. But they should have a good vaccuum seal and be fine.

You can see in my photo air space at the top of the corn. This always happens to me with long processing times.
