Nostr is supposed to be anti censorship but I am blocked on Amethyst so people using that womt see me and my home IP is blocked from a few relays because the IP is similar to the emoji spammer because ofbour location.

Are you sure the IP blocking isn't related to the strfry reconnection issue you were talking about a while back?
use some paid relays or run your own.
