It can be and it should be.
Bitcoin had the unique ability to "de-fang the snake," limiting or even eliminating the state's ability to pay for, and thus wage war.
Does that ability mean that it will play out that way? I have no clue. But, with the ability in play, there's a possibility, and that's something new.
I don't have children. Can I settle for a burger?
Of course it will be different. This is a peaceful revolution and we homestead and eat real food. This will result in more children, not less.
