That sounds like a lot of fun. Just the pot style cooking of dump it on the table and dig in is so primal i love it.

Yea I’ve seen that done with fresh oysters and it looks delicious. I like that it’s all in the water but all tastes soo different, especially when you get into the deep sea fish
