Are the recent terrorist attacks in Las Vegas and New Orleans linked to a #MKUltra op?

In the meantime, #Trump blames the open border’s policy as a factor in these attacks and demands for the CIA to start getting involved in domestic affairs.

So it seems that the CIA has Trump’s favors? Is he talking about the same organization often associated with the deep state which allegedly attempted to assassinate him?

All of this stinks…
