All I can see is that Iris is not actively advertise any pages to Google (they do not publish a site map). Google needs to find your Iris URL and will then gradually add those pages. This can take weeks for new pages.

There are also a lot of intricacies that a website needs to get right to be indexed. In the end only Iris can check and influence the indexing by search engines.
