Good app/service that has like celebrity voice AIs or AI text-to-speech that you can generate voices.

Ideally cheap or free.

Rvc is free with a ton of free models. That’s what I use and it sounds great imo. Check out weights.gg where there are tons of models.

YouTube a guide on using it with google colab.

Audio also uses very little compute units so you can run locally or the free version of google colab
