Broken Money yes, highly recommended.
But look at The Fourth Turning as well.
Holiday is coming up. And I’m still in need of a good book to take with me. What would you recommend?
I’m thinking to buy Broken Money by nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a
Any other recommendations in that category?

The fourth turning? What’s it about?
It analyses thousands of years of history and it identifies that there is a 80 year cycle, starting from the premise that generations create history and history creates generations. So our next turning is in 2030s. Last was in 1940s, remember WW2 and the Breton Woods system, it just turned 80 years old. So BTC monetary system might be the next thing if we have a successful Fourth Turning. Lyn Alden was also quite into this pattern and it complements really well Broken Money.
There is a new print in that is called The Fourth Turning is Here by one of the two authors Neil Howe (William Strauss passed away). The first book was published in 1997 and there is this paragraph in it saying that after 2005 we should see a great financial crisis, a pandemic, and Russia invading Latvia. Well they got the latter country wrong but will not hold that against them.
Yes, 4th turning is a must if you haven’t read!
