It's a legally allowed strategy. Both camps use legal strategies that are morally questionable. I think the open primary thing is probably a bad idea.
But it kinda signals pretty hard that they don't believe Joe Biden can win doesn't it? I'm glad they have given up on Joe.
Yes it's legal, I was not questioning that. The deep state is in full panic mode.
