probably because nostr:npub1utx00neqgqln72j22kej3ux7803c2k986henvvha4thuwfkper4s7r50e8 deleted it. Quote reposts are just links to posts. Actual reposts encode the original note within the repost.
Deleting things on nostr is pretty hard because of this.
also TIL that quoting a repost will actually display it as a repost on Damus, thought for some reason that it would just have the original noteID
