What does this mean?

Need to go torched earth on Likes and dopamine hits and rebuild with zaps.

Are zaps not a dopamine hit?

They’re more than just a dopamine hit and an algo controller.

That makes it even more important to rebuild social media.

Perhaps it's just being there when the time comes for those that need help navigating it?
