Enjoy I really love poached eggs but it usually served only in fancy places in my country and I failed miserably when I tried to cook them myself. So it is a rare delicacy for me to enjoy :))

It cost me 6$ ))
I use a small cupcake tin and put it in a large pan with a small amount of water in it. Boil the water and crack an egg into each oiled cupcake spot.
The steam cooks the egg 😊
Much easier and cheaper than getting a purpose built poacher or trying to just drop an egg in boiling water 😂
Eggs are good, especially from my chickens 🐣
I just throw an egg into boiled water. If i don't like the result, i try with another one. Good to have chickens...
