Apropos of nothing. If youre hypothetical friend, wants to avoid "kyc" he should probably do it in small chunks and buy directly from friends that are Bitcoin Miners. He can make those friends at local meetups and take them out to get drunk later. Of course, as always, obey the law and pay your taxes faithfully.
