Haven't tasted one yet, but we may have found a rather good bargain on some fantastic marbly rib-eye beef steaks today, gonna be trying one out grilled over charcoal and hickory or whatever the smoking wood chunks are, nice prep with salt and pepper and a couple hours rest before going on the bbq.

I hope they do taste as good as they look...
