I disagree. But what I'd say is that Democracy alone isn't adequate.
If it is accompanied by a set of legal, cultural and social order that protects property rights, natural rights and free speech, it would be a better form of Government than any.
the government itself is a violation of property rights. so what you say is a priori impossible to happen.
It can be a protector of property rights, if the will of the people wants it to be. As for whether or I'd want a Government at all, yes I would.
And I'd want to live in a democratic one, even if that means accommodating those who don't believe in values that I believe in, which is one of the core values of the country I am from: India.
