SO ZAPPLE PAY REQUIRES YOU TO GENERATE AN NWC (NOSTR WALLET CONNECT) CONNECTION STRING WHICH I'M NOT SURE HOW TO GET WITHOUT ALBY/MUTINY AND I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT EITHER

I believe you need a custodial lightning wallet that offers LNURL and that connection info, like ably or I think voltage too. Or you can host your own LNURL on the lightning network on your own node.
