High fructose corn syrup is BAD for body! The way body processes it is different from sugar.
And used as unnecessary filler ingredient cuz it’s a cheap sugar substitute added to WAY TOO MANY 🇺🇸food products.
There’s no need to add it nor sugar to so many food products!
Empty calories, too much of a car culture and lazy people who don’t like to exercise = lots of overweight people in 🇺🇸!
