do we have a NIP-51 kind of "interests"?

e.g. a REQ of someone looking for highlights based on this example list would be something like:

1. highlights with the given `t` tag,

2. NIP-32 labels of highlights (#k: 9802) with the given `l` tags

3. highlights by the listed pubkeys

4. highlight reposts by the listed pubkeys

Not yet, but I want something like this. I've been calling it "custom feeds" but it seems like the same idea
